Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards that apply when you use AI Wave. It exists to protect customers, prospects, connected platforms, AI Wave, and the public from unlawful, deceptive, insecure, or abusive behavior.

2. Permitted use

You may use AI Wave for lawful business marketing and related operations, including:

• Campaign planning, messaging development, and content creation.
• Preparation and customer-approved publishing of social posts, emails, and ads.
• Review of analytics, SEO, audience, and CRM information that you are authorized to use.
• Internal workflow automation and marketing operations for your own business or an authorized client engagement.

3. Prohibited activities

You must not use AI Wave to:

• Send spam, unlawful marketing communications, or messages that violate opt-in or unsubscribe rules.
• Create or distribute misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, manipulative, or clearly deceptive content.
• Promote illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, or violent extremism.
• Upload or distribute malware, phishing content, credential theft content, or code intended to damage systems.
• Impersonate another person or organization, falsify endorsements, or fabricate customer reviews or testimonials.
• Harvest competitor data, scrape third-party platforms, or extract personal data in violation of contract, platform policy, or law.
• Reverse engineer, benchmark, or probe the service to discover source code, models, prompts, security measures, or private system behavior except where expressly permitted by law and agreed in writing.
• Circumvent plan limits, approval gates, rate limits, access controls, or technical restrictions.
• Use AI Wave to process children's data or special category data without a lawful basis and prior written approval from AI Wave.
• Use the platform for non-marketing uses that materially increase legal or security risk and fall outside the service design.

4. Content standards for AI-generated output

All prompts, inputs, and approved outputs must meet these standards:

• Claims must be supportable and not materially misleading.
• Disclosures required by advertising, consumer, or platform rules must be included where applicable.
• Comparative or competitor references must be truthful, fair, and lawful.
• Copyrighted, trademarked, or personal materials may be used only where you have the right to do so.
• Users must review factual statements, pricing, offers, deadlines, and targeting before approval or launch.

5. Platform integrity rules

You may not interfere with the normal operation of AI Wave, including by automated abuse, excessive request volume, security testing without authorization, repeated failed login attempts, prompt injection attempts intended to override system safeguards, or use that materially degrades service for other customers.

6. Connected platforms and third-party rules

When you connect LinkedIn, X, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, HubSpot, or any other external system, you remain responsible for complying with that platform's terms, API rules, advertising policies, and account permissions. AI Wave may block or remove workflows that appear to conflict with those rules.

7. Security and credentials

You must keep credentials secure, avoid credential sharing outside authorized teams, and notify AI Wave promptly if you suspect a connected account, workspace, token, or user session has been compromised.

8. Reporting abuse

Reports of suspected abuse, phishing, fraud, platform misuse, or unlawful content may be sent to contact@ai-wave.co. Please include enough detail for us to investigate, such as workspace, content, timestamps, URLs, or account identifiers where available.

9. Enforcement and consequences

AI Wave may investigate possible violations and take action proportionate to the risk and severity involved. Actions may include warning, requiring corrective steps, removing or disabling content, revoking integrations, delaying or blocking publication, temporary suspension, permanent termination, or reporting unlawful conduct to regulators, platforms, or law enforcement.

10. Account termination process

If AI Wave believes a serious or repeated violation has occurred, AI Wave may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary to prevent harm, protect the platform, or comply with law. For less severe issues, AI Wave may provide notice and a short remediation period where appropriate.

11. Appeals

If your account or a workflow is restricted under this Policy and you believe the action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing contact@ai-wave.co or contact@ai-wave.co. Include the workspace, the action taken, and any supporting context. AI Wave will review appeals in good faith but may maintain restrictions where risk remains unresolved.

12. Relationship to other terms

This Policy supplements the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable customer agreement. In the event of a conflict, those agreements govern except that this Policy controls platform conduct and acceptable-use questions.

13. Changes to this Policy

AI Wave may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, platform risks, or service features. Material updates will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, giving notice through the service or by email.
